We verify every account using your phone number and payment method during signup. This matches your deposit identity to your withdrawal destination, preventing fraud and keeping your account legally compliant with local financial rules.

Payment verification

Before your first withdrawal, we confirm your payment method matches your registered identity. This one-time verification protects both you and our payment partners—DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS—and speeds up future payouts.

Data encryption

Your account credentials, payment details, and withdrawal history are encrypted end-to-end. We do not share or sell your data to third parties outside our licensed payment and compliance partners.

Account closure and data deletion

Your first registered payment method is locked for security and legal compliance. If you need to add a second method or update it, contact [email protected] with your account ID. We'll verify your identity and help you add DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS as an alternative withdrawal destination.

Withdrawals to DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS usually arrive within 24 hours; bank transfers take 1–3 business days. If your payout hasn't arrived after that window, log into your account, find the transaction under Withdrawal History, and contact support with the transaction ID for immediate investigation.
